Phew! So much work. Made pitas, falafel, tahini, and hummus for dinner - all from scratch. I'm so satisfied with the falafel, it tastes just how it's supposed to, much better than any of the ones I've tried here.
For breakfast I made the croissants and they were good, especially the ones with the lemon curd and wild blueberry jam. I also made B a savory one with sundried tomatoes, melted brie cheese, and an egg topped with nice green chives. I think he liked it!
