I've had this dish in a pub once many years ago, and yesterday after a long day of skiing (an hour of me sliding on my butt down the hill), I knew I had to recreate this gastronomical wonder.
potato wedges (I use store bought)
sweet chili sauce
Cut the hotdogs horizontally in half. Make small angular cuts along the hotdog slices.
Fry the hotdog until crisp.
Cut the hotdog into quarters, and mix with the baked potato wedges.
Portion into serving bowls, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Heat the bowls in the microwave for the cheese to melt.
Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve with a unhealthy soda drink.
