On Sunday, I made tilapia fish over a lentils bed. I don't like it how the white fish break apart so easily, but the little browned flakes are delicious.
I chopped one beet, one leek, and one red pepper and served them as three little colorful pillows on top. I didn't get the chance to try it because I left my lunch at home, but it looked nice nevertheless.
I'm still a bit sick so yesterday and the day before was filled with fruit - aprisomon, 3 apricots, 2 plums, 2 kiwis, 1 banana, and 3 little mandarins. Eating fruit makes me feel good about myself.
